Most times we are a great fit for businesses of all sizes, but if together we identify we are not the best solution for you, we will tell you so you can make the best informed decision. Our sales team has recommended solutions from other providers in these circumstances. 2. We know you are busy - Most people tasked with researching software have other priorities in their workday. We understand your time is valuable and will work within your time frame. If you want an extended product tour we are delighted to do that, and if you only want to spend a few minutes in your research we will respect that too. We are here to help you make your decision. 3. We want to support you with the information you need to make a decision, whether it is a demo for you and your team, executive briefs, or free trials of our software, we will equip you with the information you need to make your short list. Our Support Staff: 1. You will speak to a person - we have both online and call in technical support, located in our home office in Virginia Beach, VA (GMT-5). When you call you may be surprised to get a friendly person on the other end who genuinely wants to help you. This is often commented on by our customers, but we think it is just good manners. 2.
