MI - Guidebook of Best Management Practices for Michigan Watersheds
Description: This manual was prepared to help developers, contractors, city and township planners, engineers, architects and local citizens to control runoff* from construction sites, urban areas, and large recreational areas. The goal is to provide people with a tool which can be used to help plan development projects in a way which will maintain the integrity of lakes, streams, wetlands and groundwater, and to reduce the pollutant loads to these waters. The concepts in this manual may also be used in developed areas to protect or improve water quality.
