The Stafford Township Police Department was managing millions of dollars of assets using spreadsheets and an outdated CAD module. Assets, gear and inventory included patrol cars, radios, firearms, body armor, tactical gear and ammunition. After a surprise audit exposed gaps (e.g. inability to produce real-time inventory or historical logs), leadership adopted NovoGov to overhaul their asset and inventory workflows. With the new system they gained full visibility and accountability over every officer-issued item, vehicle component, and consumables. The Town of Dover, MA has a population of just under 6,000.
