Summary:

The Utilities Department for the City of Otsego, Minnesota, oversees water and wastewater treatment, along with full distribution and collection systems. The department includes 12 staff members. As operations expanded and reporting demands increased, the department recognized that its basic task-tracking methods were no longer sustainable.
