Knowledge SharingKatrina Pugh, of Columbia University, suggests gathering employees (those who know and those who need to know) together for a ‘knowledge jam’.  This is a focused time of asking each other questions and gathering information that can be documented and retained in a central place.  This seems a synergistic approach to capturing a lot of essential knowledge in a short time frame.  Take a look!
